Sexual Healing 2.0

2018 - ongoing.

Sexual Healing 2.0 is an ongoing research project into the role of relaxation in arousal.

Starting from the collection of products Sexual Healing, this so far resulted into the crowdfunding and development of a sensor based breathing tool, and a scientific study (including the brush and the breathing tool) ‘The effect of relaxation on pleasurableness of tactile stimuli and sexual response in women’ done by Stephanie Both, Ellen Laan†, Nienke Helder, Lisette Bloem, Rachel van Leeuwen at the department of Sexology and Psychosomatic Gynecology, Amsterdam University Medical Center.

Besides these projects, Sexual Healing 2.0 has and is also resulting in different (sometimes partially related) side projects, such as Onderzoekende Voorlichting and Clitoris MRI Study.

The scientific collaboration was supported by Stimuleringsfonds and Sexual Healing 2.0 as an ongoing research project is supported by Kunstloc.
